About the Event
Here in Eureka, we love Halloween and who doesn't like getting dressed up for a fun night on the town, all while supporting a great cause! So dust off your hats and brooms, throw on your best 'Witchy Wear" and come join us for a spell of a good time. Witches and Warlock are all welcome and must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
Ticket purchase provides:
Witches Stop card - with instructions (this card is to be marked at each location)
Photos to be posted online (these will be used for judging purposes). Photos taken at Gracefully Aged Antiques. Photos must be taken by 8:30 pm.
Name in drawings for contests (best dressed couple, best dressed man/woman, etc.)
Various gifts "treats" at each stop. Candy, coupons, gifts, drinks and games. Participate in the activity at each stop and get your card stamped!
With each purchase, your name will be entered (once again!) for more drawings. Drawing includes basket full of Eureka restaurant/store gift cards.
Witchy wear is highly encouraged. This is a costume event but not required.
Event goers either start at Gracefully Aged Antiques (120 N. Central) or TCL West (126 S. Central Ave.).
At starting points, each participant is to pay $10 or present prepaid ticket. They will receive a trick or treat bag, participant bracelet, witches stop card with instructions and stops listed, and a number with which you register for prizes and contests. Completed cards to be turned into O'Dell's by 9:00 pm.
Judging is at 9:30 pm. Stay and enjoy live music afterwards.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring a flashlight, just in case. This event goes on rain or shine. Sorry no refunds. Food, beverage, and alcohol will be available for purchase. No outside coolers, cans or bottle are allowed at this special event. Please finish all drinks before leaving for the next stop. No open containers allowed in the streets. All restaurant/stores will be open for business.
The Eureka Chamber of Commerce is a community business organization. Proceeds from our events help support and promote our members as well as fund High School Scholarships, The Eureka Disaster Relief Fund, The Eureka Food Pantry, and many other community organizations and initiatives. We pride ourselves on helping those in need and making a positive difference to the businesses, citizens, and youth of our community.
