Fifth-Annual Eureka Scarecrow Festival Golf Cart Parade Friday, October 6, 2023 (7 pm) - new route this year - with the parade starting at the Legends Country Club. After-Party at Red Door Liquor & Cigars like always. Registration is not required - decorations and candy are encouraged.
